fall for her

I have to admit that every Fall/Winter I find myself stuck in a daily uniform. It usually consists of black, black and more black... sometimes grey. Lately, I've been on a mission to incorporate some color back into my wardrobe (my mother would be so proud). I'm finding royal blue, emerald green and burgundy to be my favorites. This textured sweater from Zara would be just perfect for a brisk day with a bit of lipstick, plus it's only $49.90. Not too shabby.

  1. I tend to gravitate towards blacks and Greta during these cold winter months also, Becka! I do try to add some color though, and I completely agree the Zara sweater looks pretty perfect!! :)

  3. Oh gosh, Becka, I'm totally the same way! Winter in NYC - eeeeveryone is in black, grey, and muted colors!! You totally stand out on the subway if you have any hint of color lol!!! But, I'm totally making it my goal to incorporate more color this winter - fun sweaters are the perfect way! Love all these picks!

  4. i love fall, and i love the fall wardrobe.
i definitely see how you feel like you get stuck in those dark colors.
however, i don't necessarily see that as a bad thing.
im personally a fan of navy and grey, so i guess i have a harder time in the summer not wearing dark colors.
love your blog by the way!

  5. I always gravitate towards muted colours. My mom always pokes fun at me for it, tells me I'm allergic to colour. I am trying to change I promise :) I really love the flats! It's the best of both worlds - mostly black with a hint of colour :)
