sister selects 02

It seems like we could all use a bit of pampering this week. With colder weather on the way, it's especially important to take care of yourself (I can already feel my skin getting itchy). My sister is an aesthetician and I'm constantly asking her what products I should be using. Here are her wellness picks!

Carrot juice | Full of goodness to detox your body and strengthen your immune system. Check out Dana's recipe, it includes apple and ginger yummm

Lavanila vanilla grapefruit fragrance | Infuses pure essential oils with 100 percent active botanicals for natural fragrances that are fresh, clean, and nurturing

Doterra peppermint essential oil | Useful to ease breathing and as a digestive aid

Korres Greek Yoghurt Advanced Nourishing Sleeping Facial | This ultra-hydrating facial-in-a-jar contains a Greek Yoghurt concentrate and works overnight to provide skin with intense, long-term moisturization and nourishment to create a smooth, even complexion

Image ormedic balancing lip treatment | Hydrating anti-aging polypeptide lip complex, which dramatically enhances the appearance of lip contours. Emily says "It's hands down the best lip balm ever."

Take some time to enjoy your Wednesday

  4. I LOVE Lavanila! I use the grapefruit one in the summer, and in the fall I switch to the lavender one. They are fun to mix too :) So yummy smelling and better yet, not filled with chemicals! I use honey to wash my face and sometimes as a mask, but have never tried to mix it with turmeric! Definitely trying that. My fiancé and I call turmeric "tur-mazing" because it is seriously the wonder spice! So many benefits :)
