spring break 2014

Well it may not be Palm Springs... but we certainly enjoyed our mini spring break on the Oregon coast. A group of our friends came together and rented a perfectly quaint house, complete with creepy artwork and a port hole window in the kitchen.

We explored the tide pools, ate far too many crepes and managed a pretty excellent bonfire on the beach.

Do you have any plans to celebrate Spring?

  1. These photos are beautiful! Seems like a great little getaway. That house looks adorable—I'm sure it was nice and cozy, and served its purpose for you guys :) Looks like you did some fun exploring—definitely my kind of vacation! I'm not going away this spring (I have my wedding coming up in July, so trying to save money!) but plan to go on a few small hiking trips.

  4. What a wonderful holiday! We celebrated with a mini-break of our own in Liverpool. It's just lovely to get away sometimes. I love that moment when the tiny hermit crab finally comes out of it's shell - as captured here.

  6. Can I just tell you how much I love that kitchen? The Oregon coast sounds like a great spring break to me! I've never been to Oregon and would love to go someday.

  7. We love going to the Oregon coast. It's one of our favorite places to go exploring, but if you do go make sure to bring a warm coat! It can be windy and cold even in the spring and summer, brrrr
