3 beauty products I simply can't go with out

Macadamia nut + coconut + marula nut + hemp seed + shea = Ellovi Butter

This stuff is amazing. Period. I've been using the Ellovi body butter for a little over two weeks now and can't imagine going back to my old stuff. It's creamy and incredibly hydrating. I'm sensitive to strong fragrances in my beauty products, so I'm incredibly happy with the light nutty scent that comes naturally from the ingredients.

Most of all, I love that the founders, Kelly and Ryan, are committed to crafting products from pure and natural ingredients.

"We created butter because other body butters and moisturizers are full of unnecessary chemicals, parabens, and preservatives created in science labs. Your skin is like one giant sponge, so you've got to protect it from soaking in the bad stuff."

I'm loving Lavanilla perfumes for summer travels. The fragrance is light and the roller-ball application is ideal for tossing in a purse. Rest assured, they are made with all-natural and organic ingredients. No chemicals here!  I received this vanilla coconut roller as a Christmas gift and am just over half way through it. It seems to be lasting quite awhile, considering I use it nearly everyday.

When I hit my 20's I suddenly started struggling with acne. . . which was a little shocking and not very fun. There have been quite a few tears and missed opportunities over the past couple of years because I was flat out embarrassed.

My mom brought me a little magic bottle about 8 months ago. This Mario Badescu Buffering lotion made a world of difference for my skin. I used it every night for a couple of months and saw the bumps on my cheeks disappear. Now that my skin has healed I rarely have to bust this stuff out anymore. Now I just need to find a solution for the scarring. If any of you have suggestions, please share!

  1. Ellovi is just the best :) And lavanilla looks really good too!!

  2. Wonderful picks! I have been using Lavanila for years. I love their range of fragrances—I switch up the scent to go with the season :) Although, the vanila lavender is probably my favorite. They are fun to layer two on also. They all seem to work well with each other.

  3. I need to try this Lavanilla stuff. I've been rubbing lavendar on my skin! haha...

  4. I need to try this Lavanilla stuff. I've been rubbing lavender on my skin! Haha, my old perfumes (No. 5 and Lauren Romance) smelled so beautiful mixed together, but made my skin irritated.

  5. I just love these photos! OK, the Ellovi brand looks like something I need to try out. I'm making a list of pamper things for myself once I am out of this initial newborn phase with the baby. Excited for things that inspire me to take care of myself again!

  6. I used to work at a fancy lotions shop and body butter is my bliss--that Ellovi sounds SO amazing!
